Pain and discomfort
The evolutionary process of the human being has promoted the sitting posture for long periods. This posture, sedentary lifestyle, stress and in some cases, old injuries can induce almost unbearable conditions of pain and physical discomfort.
Within the pain, we can find inflammatory and degenerative processes of nerves, bones, muscles, tendons, ligaments, joints, cartilage and invertebral discs, which can result in pain and functional limitation, with the lumbar, cervical, shoulders and forearm regions being the most affected.
Pain is the most common complaint in cases of musculoskeletal problems and the main cause of disability leave for workers worldwide. The pains can be acute and chronic, localized or diffuse, due to impairment of articular, bony structures, and of the muscles and their fascia.
Often this pain and discomfort preclude the most normal activities of daily life. Prevention work is essential to avoid developing even more complicated issues to resolve.

- Tendinitis is an inflammation or irritation of a tendon, a cord that attaches the bone to the muscle;
Carpal tunnel syndrome causes numbness, and pain in the forearm, hand and fingers; - Osteoarthritis: it is a chronic disease with lesions in the cartilage and surrounding tissues and it is characterized by pain, stiffness and loss of function.
- Rheumatoid arthritis: An inflammatory disease causes pain, edema (swelling), stiffness and loss of function in the joints.
- Bone fractures: A bone fracture is the loss of bone continuity, which divides the bone into two or more fragments.
