Yoga

Yoga can be practiced by anyone, of any age and physical condition.

Through a series of physical postures, conscious breathing, and meditation, we align body and mind. We work side by side, yet are transported into a moment that is entirely our own.

Benefits of Yoga

  • Reduction of stress and anxiety
  • Decrease in insomnia and fatigue
  • Overall sense of peace and well-being
  • Rehabilitation of injuries

Yoga Classes

Group classes are the perfect opportunity to escape from the world.

Private classes are an excellent way to give your body the extra attention it needs.

In these sessions, we work on each person’s specific needs, adapting the training to their individual goals.

We focus on what matters most and remain fully present in the moment.

Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Iyengar

Main differences between Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, and Iyengar Yoga:

Hatha Yoga

  • Considered the classical practice and the foundation of other styles
  • Moderate practice with emphasis on postures
  • Focus on meditation, breathing exercises (pranayama), and asanas
  • Postures are held for longer, usually for at least five full breaths
  • Ideal for all types of practitioners

Vinyasa Yoga

  • More dynamic and fluid practice
  • Postures are linked through breath-led transitions, creating a “flow” of movement
  • Shorter time spent in each posture
  • Focus on synchronizing breath and movement
  • Develops strength, endurance, and coordination

Ashtanga Yoga

  • Vigorous and intense style
  • Fixed sequences of asanas, always performed in the same order
  • Uses a Vinyasa flow between postures
  • Focus on breath and energy flow
  • Develops strength, flexibility, and concentration

Iyengar Yoga

  • Emphasis on precise alignment and posture technique
  • Uses various props (blocks, straps, chairs) to support correct execution
  • Postures are held for longer to refine alignment
  • Focus on precision and detail in each pose
  • More therapeutic practice, often used to address specific issues (postural and injuries)

These different approaches allow practitioners to choose the style that best suits their individual needs and goals.
