Group Classes

Classical Pilates group classes are designed to strengthen and tone the body safely. They also help improve performance in everyday activities.

In these classes, we use the original exercises developed by Joseph Pilates in his well-known Mat classes. These movements rely solely on body weight, training all muscles in a harmonious and balanced way.

In addition to the mat, small props may also be used to enhance training progress, such as a ball, a towel, and the Magic Circle.
