Renew & Restart
September 2026
Herdade do Barrocal de Baixo – Alentejo
An invitation to slow down, reconnect, and take care of yourself.
This retreat is designed for those seeking balance between body, mind, and emotions, in a safe space for pause, presence, and renewal. Over several days, you will be guided through Yoga and Pilates practices that strengthen and increase flexibility, meditation and conscious breathing sessions that calm the mind, and movement moments designed to respect your natural rhythm.
The experience is complemented by healthy, nourishing food prepared with intention, coaching sessions that promote clarity and self-awareness, and therapeutic massages that support deep relaxation and physical recovery. Everything takes place in a natural and tranquil environment, where silence, rest, and presence are an essential part of the process.
This retreat is more than a break; it is an opportunity to listen to your body, align your intentions, develop more conscious habits, and return to daily life with greater energy, focus, and lightness.

I hold a degree in Sports Sciences and have 28 years of experience in the field of physical exercise and health, 17 of which are dedicated to Classical Pilates. I am the Technical Director of SHIFT YOU, as well as a Classical Pilates teacher and trainer.
An exercise enthusiast since the age of 5, I practiced gymnastics throughout my childhood and teenage years. For me, the connection between body and mind is essential and inseparable, and it should be developed simultaneously.

I hold a degree in Psychology and Human Resources Management, with additional training in Physiotherapy, Massage, and Coaching. Throughout my career, I have studied Yoga and integrated it into a holistic view of health, addressing both body and mind in personal and professional contexts.
I have deepened my Yoga knowledge in Portugal, Spain, and India, valuing traditions such as pranayama and meditation, while also placing strong emphasis on alignment, body awareness, and self-knowledge. I believe that body and mind are inseparable, and I carry this conviction into my daily life, showing that Yoga is accessible to everyone by adapting practices to individual needs.
