Shift Academy

Training in the fields of exercise, well-being, personal development, and massage.

At Shift Academy, we equip future teachers, instructors, massage therapists, and influencers with tools to balance body, mind, and emotions.

During the courses, our trainees explore these tools on an individual level. Through this process of self-awareness, they become prepared to help their clients develop and practice new habits.

INSTRUCTO is a training provider certified by DGERT.

The training courses of Shift Academy are developed by Instructo (Tax ID No. 516463551).

Certificação IPDJ créditos cédula

Shift Academy training programs are certified by IPDJ and grant credits for the renewal of the professional license.

Trainees who successfully complete the program may register with Yoga Alliance Professionals as Yoga Teachers.
