YOGA
The workshops are open to anyone who wishes to deepen their Yoga practice or who has not yet practiced but feels curious to explore this path. Yoga is an ancient discipline that integrates body, mind, and breath, promoting balance, strength, flexibility, and inner calm.
Postures are fundamental in Yoga, as they awaken the body’s intelligence by encouraging proper alignment, strengthen the muscles of the legs, spine, and core, improve balance and stability, and enhance circulation and body awareness.
Pranayama, or breath control, is also an essential part of Yoga. It strengthens lung capacity, calms the mind, increases vital energy, and enhances concentration.
The workshops provide a friendly and welcoming environment, where practice is adapted to each individual’s needs and pace, respecting the body and promoting safe, progressive growth. They also offer the opportunity to join a vibrant community of people who share an interest in a healthier and more conscious lifestyle.
Each session includes a Yoga class for all levels, allowing both beginners and experienced practitioners to explore and benefit from the practice together.
Classical Pilates
The Classical Pilates workshops invite each practitioner to rediscover the body through controlled and precise movements that challenge strength, coordination, and mobility. Designed to be accessible to all ages and fitness levels, each class integrates body control, postural alignment, and breathing, promoting safe and effective progression.
During Classical Pilates practice, emphasis is placed on exercises that strengthen the core — the central muscles responsible for spinal stability and posture. This method also develops flexibility, balance, and joint range of motion, allowing the body to move with greater ease and efficiency in daily life. The precision and rhythm of breathing help align mind and body, reducing stress and promoting overall well-being.
By joining the Classical Pilates workshops, you embark on a journey that values the body and functional health in a welcoming environment, where progress is guided and celebrated at every stage. Whether to refine your technique or develop teaching skills, Classical Pilates provides essential tools to build an active, balanced, and more conscious lifestyle.
Massages
The massage workshops are open to anyone who wishes to deepen their knowledge of the body and therapeutic touch, whether they already have some experience or are simply curious to explore this field. Massage is an ancient practice that combines bodywork techniques with mindful awareness, promoting deep relaxation, well-being, and reconnection with the body.
During the workshops, the fundamental principles of massage are explored, including the therapist’s posture, ergonomic use of the body, and quality of presence. Basic massage techniques such as gliding, kneading, and gentle pressure are covered, helping to release muscular tension, improve circulation, and stimulate the lymphatic system. Emphasis is also placed on breathing and tactile awareness, essential skills for developing an intuitive, effective, and safe touch.
The workshops provide a calm and welcoming environment, ideal for learning, exchanging experiences, and reconnecting with the human aspect of touch. Practices are adapted to each participant’s needs and pace, respecting physical limits and promoting gradual, conscious learning. They also offer the opportunity to join a community interested in a healthier, more empathetic, and balanced approach to everyday life.
Each session includes practical work and is open to all levels, allowing participants to progress together in discovering the physical, emotional, and energetic benefits of this practice.
