YOGA
The workshops are open to anyone who wants to delve deeper into the practice of Yoga or who doesn’t yet practice but is curious about this path. Yoga is an ancient discipline that integrates body, mind, and breath, promoting balance, strength, flexibility, and inner tranquility.
Poses are fundamental in Yoga, as they awaken the body’s intelligence by encouraging proper alignment, strengthening the muscles of the legs, spine, and core, improving balance and stability, and stimulating circulation and body awareness.
In turn, pranayama, or breath control, is also an essential part of Yoga, strengthening lung capacity, calming the mind, increasing vital energy, and promoting concentration.
The workshops offer a friendly and welcoming environment, where the practice is adapted to individual needs and rhythms, respecting the body and promoting progressive and safe growth. Furthermore, it will be an opportunity to join a vibrant community of people who share an interest in a healthier and more conscious life. Includes a Yoga class for all levels, allowing beginners and practitioners to advance together in the practice and benefits of Yoga.
PILATES
Classical Pilates workshops invite each practitioner to rediscover their body through controlled and precise movements that challenge strength, coordination, and mobility. Designed to be accessible to all ages and fitness levels, each class seeks to integrate body control, postural alignment, and breathing, promoting safe and effective progression.
During Classical Pilates practice, exercises that strengthen the core—the central muscles responsible for spinal stability and posture—are prioritized. This method also works on flexibility, balance, and joint range of motion, allowing the body to gain lightness and efficiency in everyday movements. The precision and rhythm of breathing help align mind and body, reducing stress and promoting overall well-being.
