Classical Pilates

Classical Pilates is a very comprehensive method, as it can be practiced by anyone in any physical condition. The focus is on the quality and control of movements, with an emphasis on breathing and core activation.

Private Classes

Classical Pilates is a more faithful and systematized approach to the method developed by Joseph H. Pilates in the last century. We use different method-specific equipment (Reformer, Cadillac, Chairs, Barrels, etc.), and perform the exercises perfected by Joe over decades of research and experimentation.

Each workout is planned and adapted to the client’s needs, aiming at the harmonious development of the body and mind. The focus on movement control is constant and breathing is a vital part of training.

Group Classes

Classical Pilates group classes are designed to safely strengthen and tone your body and improve performance in your daily life.

In group Classical Pilates classes we use the exercises developed by Joseph Pilates in his Mat classes. In these classes we use exercises that use only body weight and that train all muscles harmoniously. In addition to the mattress, small equipment (ball, towel, magic circle) can also be used in classes to enhance the progress of the training.

O Yoga pode ser praticado por qualquer pessoa, de qualquer idade e em qualquer forma física. 

Tem uma vertente muito prática de treino corporal, de coordenação entre respiração e posturas físicas. O trabalho mental e emocional surge como consequência. O desafio constante leva-nos a desenvolver métodos de controlo, capacidade de auto-observação e autorregulação.
